I go into detail about Tophi Gout and how to spot it. This video even goes over how to run your finger over your arms and legs to spot a tophi lump. What is a tophi lump you may ask? Well, I have the answer. Uric acid crystals clump together and form what we call tophi. This happens over a year or more. Tophi usually appear in the late stage of gout. If you have tophi, chances are, you need to have a serious discussion with your doctor.
